Central Services accepts donations of various kinds. Whether the donations are utilized in programs or are sold in the Thrift Store to raise money for program funding, all donations are welcome! Some donations can be picked up by the Agency; call for details.
Donations can be dropped off Monday-Friday, 8:00-4:30. We can write a tax receipt for your donation by request.
Items acceptable to donate to the thrift store include: clothing, shoes, accessories (like purses and jewelry), toys, books, furniture, working appliances, dishes, other housewares, linens, lamps, fabric, and general medical equipment (like crutches and walkers). Feel free to call the office if you are unsure if you can donate a certain item.
Suggested items for non-thrift store donations:
Food Pantry: canned goods, non-perishable foods, paper bags, plastic bags
Office Supplies: paper, pens, pencils, folders, markers, white out, tape, printers, computers, other office machines, office furniture, file cabinet
Warehouse Equipment: pallet jacks, fork lifts, industrial tape, tape dispensers, tables, refrigerators, freezers, coolers
Store supplies: paper bags, plastic bags, display racks, display tables, pricing guns
Miscellaneous: unused hygiene items, diapers (child or adult), baby formula, adult nutrition items (like Ensure)
